A Small Thought
First post of many.
I sat in my evening class today ignoring some presentations while searching for decent domain names to host a blog website. I eventually decided to choose the website name that you’re reading this post on at this very moment. I bought the domain, deployed the site, and spent some time writing this first entry that you’re reading now.
A Small Thought seemed like a decent name because this website will essentially be a place for me to drop little tidbits of my thoughts here and there, and to share my experiences and perspectives as I live my life.
I am not a particularly interesting person. I don’t think I pretend to be, either. I have a full-time job, friends, hobbies, and things I want to do before I die. Normal stuff.
I know, I know, I’m really making this website sound super appealing.
I’m not exactly planning on becoming the next Steve Jobs. This site is mostly a way for me to begin writing more, since I have trouble consistently maintaining the habit of journaling. I feel that I commonly have insightful thoughts and ideas that I do not express, write, or ever materialize, and they fade away and nothing comes of them. This site will give me an opportunity to archive those thoughts for you to interpret, and for me to reflect on later in my life.
I aim to share insights and perspectives that I hope you'll find both valuable and thought-provoking.
Just a small thought.
